Sri Lanka Customs issues notice regarding Declaration of Export CusDecs

Sri Lanka Customs Deputy Director (DDC – EFC) has published the following notice to all wharf clerks and exporters on the 16th December 2019

All CHA’s are thoroughly advised to full Cage 17 (Country of Destination) and Cage 27 (Place of Last Discharing POrt) correctly when registering CusDecs

This will be strictly monitored when warranting CusDecs and Acknowledging e-CDNs with immediate effect.

CusDec amendment fees will be charged for the amendment of Cage 17 and 27 from 1st January 2020 and onwards.
